What’s Different About This Program than other “Get Over Your Ex” Programs?
There’s a ton of great programs out there that are focused on advice and relationship exercises, but what I’ve seen in my breakup coaching practice is this: all of my clients are tense AF, and most of them have a love-hate relationship to meditation. They love it because they feel the benefits (more relaxed, less rumination, etc) almost INSTANTLY after they’re done doing it. But they hate it because they do it infrequently, or struggle to find the right meditation for how they’re feeling, so it’s hard to jump back in.
So I decided to create my own style of meditation—heartbreak healing meditations, which is how my Meditations By Nancy youtube channel was born.
After receiving incredibly profound comments of how my meditations have supported my subscribers through their heartbreaks, I started using these “special” meditations in my sessions with my clients and would watch before my eyes how different techniques not just made them relaxed, but it created shifts within them.
